Effect of Comfort Care on Psychological, Vital Signs and Satisfaction of Patients in Operation Room

PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate effect of comfort care on psychological, vital signs and satisfaction of patients in operation room. Methods A total of 96 patients were selected in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 as the research subjects, according to the order of admission, the patients were divided into group A and group B, group of patients with 53 cases and group B with 43 cases. Two group patients were given routine nursing care, while the patients of group A with comfortable nursing, psychological, vital signs and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse psychology, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate and nursing satisfaction in group A were better than group B, there were had statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing in operation room nursing is good, effectively relieve the preoperative anxiety and other negative psychology, the patient's vital signs were well maintained, and the patients were satisfied with comfort care, and it is worth promoting.
