PDFAbstract
Objective to investigate the cervical cancer tissue expressed galactosyl lectin - 3 (Galectin - 3) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) level and clinical pathologic features of patients with correlation. Methods Selection in October 2013 and January 2013 - our hospital 139 cases of cervical cancer patients as the research object, all patients were using immunohistochemical S - P method for cervical cancer tissue Galectin 3, VEGF expression level detection, collected at the same time the patient's age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, pathology type, clinical pathological characteristics of cervical stroma infiltration depth indicator. Results Age<45 years old group and acuity between 45 groups, between squamous carcinoma and squamous cell carcinomas group, lymph node metastasis between the positive and negative groups, compared to cervical cancer tissue expression Galectin 3, VEGF there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Cervical interstitial infiltrates 1/2 or less muscular layer and 1/2 muscular layer > group, tumor diameter 2 cm or less between, between group and > 2 cm than cervical cancer tissue expression Galectin 3, VEGF difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cervical cancer tissue Galectin - 3 and VEGF expression and tumor diameter, clinical pathological characteristics of cervical stroma infiltration depth indicator has a certain relevance.
