Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of Yangxueqingnao pills combined nimodipine or flunarizine in tension headache. Methods 100 cases of tension in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 hospitalized patients with headache were selected as the research object. According to the order of admission were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 50 cases in each group. In this study, patients in control group took nimodipine or flunarizine orally, brain pills combined with nimodipine or flunarizine in the treatment of patients in the experimental group. Compared the clinical efficacy and occurrence of the adverse reactions after treatment between groups. Results The clinical curative effect in the experimental group was better and less adverse reactions than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of Yangxue Qingnao pills combined with nimodipine or flunarizine in the treatment of tension headache, combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment than single western medicine treatment, has more significant effect, and can reduce the adverse reaction of only western medicine treatment, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
