Effect of Pregnancy on Female Genital Mycoplasma and Chlamydia Infections

PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate the effects on pregnancy and female genital tract mycoplasma infection chlamydia. Methods From July 2012 to July 2015 occurrence in pregnancy chlamydia and mycoplasma infection in 202 cases of maternal infection as a group, of which 120 cases were treated, and the remaining 82 cases to the untreated group, in addition to select the same time in our hospital for check-in paragraph 185 pregnant women of reproductive tract infections did not occur as a control group. Comparison of the control group and infected group maternal, perinatal complication circumstances, the treatment group and the untreated group, maternal, perinatal complications were observed. Results (1) Infection miscarriage, premature delivery, intrauterine growth restriction, preterm rupture of membranes, stillbirths, puerperal disease, low birth weight children and neonatal pneumonia were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). (2) Treatment group miscarriage, premature delivery, intrauterine growth restriction, preterm rupture of membranes, stillbirths, significantly lower puerperal disease, low birth weight children and the incidence of neonatal pneumonia in the untreated group (P<0.05). Conclusion The female reproductive tract mycoplasma and chlamydia infection have adverse effects on pregnancy outcomes, should pay attention to strengthening prenatal care, thereby improving pregnancy outcomes.
