0-36 Months of Community Child Health Management Practices Effect Evaluation

PDFAbstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized community health management 0-36 months children. Methods 215 cases of children 0-36 months to collect the community health service center in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 and two child health clinics to participate in healthy physical examination archives, which in 2014 107 healthy children were defined as control group, 108 healthy children were defined in 2015 the observation group.2015 began in January on the observation group implementation of health management standard of children. Compared two groups of children's growth, the incidence rate of anemia and rickets. Results To observe the growth and development of children group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group and the prevalence of anemia in children rickets was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For children 0-36 months of child health management practices applied health records management, significantly improve the growth and development of children, reduce child anemia, rickets incidence worth grassroots community widely used.
