MRI Index in the Diagnosis of Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy and Correlation Analysis

PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in the graduation of neonatal HIE. Methods The clinical data and cerebral MRI manifestations in 123 case of neonate with HIE were made contrastive analysis and performed a statistical analysis. Results The grading diagnosis accordance rate between clinic and MRI in 123 neonate with HIE were as follow: mild 89.47%, moderate 58.62%, severe 55.3%, total 66.6%.The grading diagnosis between clinic and MRI had good consistency (P<0.01, the Kappa value was 0.01). Conclusion The grading diagnosis of the MRI manifestation of neonate with HIE can provide the reference for clinical treatment.
