Curative Effect Observation and Nursing Care of Patients with Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Treated by Non Operation

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and nursing methods of postoperative patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods during April November 2012 to 2014 years after surgery of our hospital patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction in 140 cases, 140 cases of the patients on the basis of routine treatment, regular nasal feeding lubricant, fire foam agent, laxative, low pressure enema and give careful nursing. Results 140 cases were cured by non operative treatment in 101 cases (72.14%), improved in 28 cases (20%), the total effective rate was 92.14%, 11 cases (7.86%) were treated by non operative treatment. All patients were cured and discharged from hospital, and the hospital stay was 2-5 weeks. Only 5 patients (3.88%) of the patients of the patients were recovered after non operative treatment and the patients were followed up for half a year. Conclusion For patients with postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction, on the one hand, give a positive non surgical treatment, on the other hand, to strengthen the psychological nursing, nutritional support, gastrointestinal decompression and so on, close observation of medication after reaction, patients with intestinal obstruction has been alleviated effectively alleviate, is worth the clinical promotion and application.
