目的 探讨基于微信APP的围术期护理在痔疮手术患者中的应用及对术后疼痛、生活质量的影响。方法 随机分配 226例行痔疮手术治疗患者为常规组(n=113)和微信组(n=113)，常规组给予常规围手术护理，微信组在以上护理 基础上给予基于微信APP的围术期护理，观察该护理模式对患者术后疼痛、出血和生活质量的影响。结果 与术后 第1d相比，两组患者术后第3d的肛门VAS评分及出血症状积分明显下降(P＜0.05)，微信组改善效果较常规组更 好(P＜0.05)；两组患者术后第7d的生活质量评分较入院时更高(P＜0.05)，微信组改善幅度较常规组更明显(P ＜0.05)。结论 基于微信APP的围术期护理应用于痔疮手术患者干预中，可有效减轻患者术后肛门疼痛及出血症 状，从而利于其生活质量提高。

Objective To explore the application of perioperative nursing based on WeChat APP in patients with hemorrhoid surgery and its influence on postoperative pain and quality of life. Methods 226 patients with hemorrhoid surgery were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into routine group (n=113) and WeChat (n=113) group. Both groups were given routine perioperative nursing, besides, the WeChat group were given additional perioperative nursing based on WeChat APP. The effects of this nursing model on postoperative pain, bleeding and quality of life were observed and compared. Results 3d after operation, the anal VAS and bleeding symptom scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those at 1d after operation (P<0.05), and the improvement in the WeChat group was better than that in the routine group (P<0.05); 7d after operation, the scores of life quality in the two groups were higher than those at the time of admission, and the improvement in the WeChat group was better than that in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing based on WeChat APP can effectively reduce postoperative anal pain and bleeding symptoms in patient with hemorrhoids surgery, so as to improve their quality of life.
