目的 探讨整形美容外科在颌面部急诊中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年7月～2017年7月我院急诊收治的颌面部软组 织损伤患者78例，以随机数字表将其分为两组，即对照组与研究组各39例。对照组采取常规手术治疗，研究组在对 照组的基础上以整形美容外科技术对创伤进行修复。评价对比两组患者创口愈合情况及术后并发症情况。结果 研 究组创口愈合的优良率为89.74%，高于对照组64.40%(P＜0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为5.13%，低于对照组 23.08%(P＜0.05)。结论 整形美容外科在颌面部急诊中具有显著的应用效果，可以保障创口愈合质量，降低术后并 发症概率，满足患者对美观众度的追求，适于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of plastics and aesthetic surgery in the maxillofacial region emergency. Methods 78 cases with maxillofacial region soft tissue injury soft tissue injury in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was given regular operation, the observation group was given aesthetic surgery on this basis. Evaluate the surgical incision healing condition and postoperative complications of the two groups. Results The healing good rate of the observation group (89.74%) was higher than that of the control group (64.40%)(P<0.05). The complication occurring rate of the observation group (5.13%) was low than that of the control group (64.40%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Plastics and aesthetic surgery in the maxillofacial region emergency has significant effect, it can safeguard the surgical incision healing quality, reduce the postoperative complication rate, satisfy the pursue of aesthetics, it is worthy of clinical application.
