摘要
目的 探究高危患儿随访管理模式的实践与效果。方法 选择我院2016年4月至2017年2月儿科收治的高危患儿90例, 根据随机数字表法将所有患儿分为两组,各45例。给予对照组患者常规治疗和护理,在此基础上观察组患儿实施随 访管理模式,比较两组应用效果。结果 两组干预后,对照组患儿智力评分明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);与观察组相比,对照组运动评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 随访管理模式有利于促进高 危患儿智力和运动能力的发育,提高康复效果。
Objective To explore the practice and effect of follow up management mode for high-risk children. Methods 90 children with high-risk diseases in our hospital from April 2016 to February 2017, were divided into two groups according to the random number table, each with 45 cases. The patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing. On this basis, the patients in observation group were followed up, and the application effect of the two groups was compared. Results After the intervention in the two groups, the control group of children with intelligence scores was significantly lower than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the observation group, the control group movement score lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The follow-up management mode is helpful to promote the development of intelligence and exercise ability of high-risk children and improve the rehabilitation effect.

健康管理是指个人或人群的健康危险因素通过 随访管理进行有效控制的过程,从而提高治疗效 果[1-2]。临床在治疗高危患儿虽有效的降低病死率, 但对其发育有较大的影响。故本研究将探讨高危患儿 随访管理模式的实践与效果。现报告如下。
