目的 全麻下俯卧位手术改变了身体负重点和支撑点，可能导致患者出现呼吸和循环障碍，甚至引起皮肤受压的 不良反应，采取正确的护理措施保证病人的手术安全和防止护理并发症是我们探讨的目。方法 对我科2017年3 月-2017年9月477例行全麻俯卧位手术的病人特殊体位摆放和术中观察要点进行分析，针对不同手术类别、不同体 型的病人采取相应的保护措施。结果 所有体位摆放达到要求，手术术野暴露良好，护理措施得当，满足手术的需 要，手术顺利完成，未发生一例皮肤压红情况，未出现其它的并发症。结论 根据不同的手术类别和方式及病人个 体的情况，采取合适的体位摆放和固定及相应的护理措施，对手术的顺利进行起着重要的作用。

Objective The operation of prone position under general anesthesia has changed the negative focus and support point of the body, which may lead to respiratory and circulatory disturbance, and even the adverse reaction of skin pressure. Methods 477 patients from March 2017 to September 2017 in our department were selected. The special posture placement and intraoperative observation points of patients undergoing general anesthesia prone position operation were analyzed. Results All the postures reached the requirements, the surgical field exposed well, and the nursing measures were taken for the patients with different types of operation and different types of operation.
