目的 提高对鼻窦放线菌病发病机制、诊断、临床特点及治疗的认识。方法 结合文献，对l例鼻窦放线菌病病例进 行回顾性分析。结果 该患者在鼻内窥镜下手术，开放窦腔清除坏死组织并联合应用抗生素，随访1年无复发。结论 鼻窦放线菌病是一种少见病，其临床表现及影像学表现均不典型，易误诊。诊断依赖于细菌培养或组织病理学。对 于鼻窦放线菌病推荐手术联合抗生素治疗。

Objective To improve the awareness of actinomycosis of the paranasal sinus. Methods One case of actinomycosis of the paranasal sinus was reported and 22 cases of actinomycosis of the paranasal sinus reported in the literature were reviewed. Results The patient was cured by antibiotic combined with surgery. No recurrence happened in the period of following-up with 1 year. Conclusion Actinomycosis of the paranasal sinus is a rare infectious disease. Actinomycosis of the paranasal sinus is easily misdiagnosed,because of the atypical clinical features and imaging findings. Diagnosis depends on bacterial culture or pathology.A combination of surgery and antibiotics is recommended.
