目的认识胸腔镜肺叶切除术后 吻合器周围出现的组织包裹，鉴别肺癌复 发转移。方法 前瞻性选取2016年10月至 2017年10月本院胸腔镜肺切除手术病例43 例，术后一个月之内行胸部CT扫描，观察 吻合器周围是否出现组织包裹。对出现包 裹的病例，术后3月、6月分别行CT复查， 观察包裹组织大小、形态，位置，以及包 裹组织的吸收情况。结果 术后吻合器周 围出现组织包裹14例，占32.6%。10例吻 合器位于包裹组织内部，4例位于包裹组 织边缘。14例均有不同程度吸收，其中9 例完全吸收；5例部分吸收。结论 胸腔镜 肺切除术后，了解吻合器周围包裹组织出 现的概率，认识包裹组织的特征，随访包 裹组织的吸收情况，有助于与肺癌复发转 移的鉴别。

Objective To understand the tegumentary tissues around the anastomats after the Lobectomy surgeries by thoracoscope and to differentiate with recurrences and metastases of lung cancers. Methods A total of 43 patients who accepted Lobectomy surgeries in our hospital from October, 2016 to October,2017 were chosen, and accepted CT scans within one month after Lobectomy surgeries. Observe if there were tegumentary tissues appearing around the anastomats. The patients with tegumentary tissues accepted CT scans in the 3rd month and the 6th month respectively after the Lobectomy surgeries. Observe the sizes, forms, positions of the tegumentary tissues, and the absorption of them. Results There were 14 cases appearing tegumentary tissues, and the percentage was 32.6%.The anastomats were in the tegumentary tissues in 10 cases, and at the edge of tegumentary tissues in 4 cases. The tegumentary tissues in the whole 14 cases were absorbed in different degrees. Among them, 9 cases were absorbed completely, and five cases were absorbed partially. Conclusion To understand the occurrence rate of tegumentary tissues after the Lobectomy surgeries by thoracoscope, the features of them, and to observe the absorption situation, was helpful to differentiate with recurrences and metastases of lung cancers.
