目的 探讨骨小圆细胞肿瘤的影 像学表现、分析其特征及鉴别诊断，旨 在提高对该病的认识及影像诊断水平。 方法 回顾性分析17例经病理证实的骨小 圆细胞肿瘤(Small round cell tumor of bone，SRCT)的影像学表现。11例行DR检 查，13例行CT检查，13例行MRI检查，其 中3例行MRI增强扫描，11例行ECT，2例 行PET-CT。结果 17例患者的病例中，临 床表现疼痛11例，双下肢麻木乏力5例， 包块3例，其中8例患者为全身骨多发病 灶，13例骨质破坏明显，7例骨膜反应明 显，5例骨髓浸润范围较广，8例有病理 性骨折，10例灶周明显软组织肿块。结 论 联合应用多种影像学检查方法，仔 细分析这类肿瘤的影像学特征，对SRCT 的定位、定量、定性诊断具有重要的价 值。

Objective To analyze the features and differential diagnosis of small round cell tumor of bone (SRCT) and to improve the understanding and diagnosis ability. Methods 17 cases SRCT verified by pathology were analysized retrospectively. DR was performed in 11 cases, CT was performed in 13 cases, and MRI was performed in 13 cases. ECT was performed in 11 cases. PET-CT scan was performed in 3 cases. Results All of 17 cases SRCT, the clinical manifestations of pain in 11 cases, numbness of lower limbs weakness in 5 cases, mass in 3 cases, multiple bone lesions in 8 cases, bone destruction in 13 cases, periosteal reaction obviously in 7 cases, diffuse bone marrow infiltration in 5 cases, pathological fracture in 8 cases, soft tissue mass around the lesion in 10 cases. Conclusion It is important to analyze the imaging features of SRCT by using a variety of imaging methods.
