目的 比较3D-T2WI薄层扫描序列 与SS-TSE厚层扫描序列对于腹腔镜胆囊 切除术前胆囊三角显示的时间功效。 方 法 收集自2012年6月至2014年6月在我院 行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者资料，所有 患者均于术前5天内行胰胆管MR水成像， 均同时进行3D-T2WI薄层扫描与SS-TSE厚 层扫描两种序列成像，共收集166例患 者的资料，对扫描实际所需时间以及胆 囊三角的显示情况进行统计学比较。结 果 166例患者中3D-T2WI薄层扫描的平均 成像时间为8分22秒，标准差为2分8秒； SS-TSE厚层扫描5层的时间为20秒；两者 经T检验，P<0.01。3D-T2WI薄层扫描及 SS-TSE厚层扫描对胆囊三角的显示率为 88.6%(147/166)，84.3%(140/166)；两 者经统计学χ2 检验，χ2 =1.26，P>0.01。 以腹腔镜术中所见为金标准，3D-T2WI 薄层扫描及SS-TSE厚层扫描对胆囊三 角的诊断符合率为82.2%(134/163)， 77.9%(127/163)，两者经统计学χ2 检 验，χ2 =0.94，P>0.01。结论 SS-TSE厚 层扫描序列对胆囊三角显示的时间功效好 于3D-T2WI薄层扫描。

Objective To compare the efficiency of 3D-T2WI scanning sequence with thin layer and SS-TSE scanning sequence with thick layer for the gallbladder triangle shows before Laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were collected from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital. Before surgery all the patients were examined by MR cholangiopancreatography (3D-T2WI scanning sequence with thin layer and SS-TSE scanning sequence with thick layer). A total of 166 patients of information was collected. The actual time for scanning and images of the gallbladder triangle was statistically compared. Results The average times of 166 cases of patients with 3D-T2WI scanning were 8 minutes 22 seconds, the standard deviation were 2 minutes 8 seconds; SS-TSE thick layer scanning for five layers were 20 seconds. Both by T test, P＜0.01. The display rate of gallbladder triangle with 3DT2WI thin layer scanning and SS-TSE thick layer scanning was 88.6% (147/166), 84.3% (140/166)respectively; Both by chi-square test, chi-square=1.26, P＞0.01. The findings of Laparoscopic surgery was taken as the gold standard, coincidence rate of 3D-T2WI thin layer scanning and SS-TSE thick layer scanning in the diagnosis of gallbladder triangle was 82.2% (134/163), 77.9% (127/163)respectively, both by the chi-square test, chi-square=0.94, P＞0.01. Conclusion To show gallbladder triangle, the efficiency of SS-TSE thick layer scanning sequence is better than that of 3D-T2WI thin layer scanning
