Objective To observe music therapy against perioperative anxiety effect in knee replacement patients. Methods From January 2011 to June 2013, a total of 90 patients with knee replacements collected at admission has different randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group 45 cases, the treatment group play music while routine care; The control group, routine preoperative and postoperative care. Two groups of patients according to the degree of anxiety self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) to score. 49 points or less as normal; 50-59 mild; 60-69 as moderate; 69 points or more is severe. Results Anxiety change: the treatment group significantly different in before and after surgery; The control group was no significant difference in before and after surgery; The treatment group and the control group were significant difference. The severe anxiety patients in the treatment group were significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusion Music has analgesic and sedative effect, can eliminate distracting tension, so that adverse reactions weakened.
