Abstract

Objective to investigate the effect of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery (FTS) in urinary calculus surgery and its effect on inflammatory response. Methods Selection between January 2016 and December 2017 in our hospital uropoiesis surgical department for soft ureter mirror holmium laser lithotripsy in patients 450 cases as the research object, using the stochastic indicator method is divided into observation group and control group 225 cases, control group given routine nursing intervention, the observation group based on the given concept of FTS nursing intervention, to observe the effect of two groups of treatment and inflammatory factor levels. Results the operation time, catheter indwelling time, postoperative activity time and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). CRP and il-6 were increased in the two groups 1 day after surgery, and decreased in the two groups 3 days after surgery. CRP and il-6 were lower in the observation group 1 day after surgery and 3 days after surgery than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion the application of FTS concept in urinary stone surgery has a good effect, which can shorten the time of patients getting out of bed and staying in hospital, and reduce postoperative inflammatory reaction. Therefore, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
