Application of Perioperative Nursing in Hand-assisted Laparoscopic Partial Hepatectomy

Objective To explore the application value of perioperative nursing in patients undergoing hand-assisted laparoscopic partial hepatectomy and its effects on complications. Methods 86 patients who underwent hand-assisted laparoscopic partial hepatectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected for the study and were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given perioperative nursing. The occurrence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in the data between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing can effectively avoid postoperative complications in the nursing process of hand-assisted laparoscopic partial hepatectomy.
