PDFAbstract
Objective Bone reconstruction of multislice spiral CT applications in the ribs and rib cartilage injury. Methods December 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital chest trauma 51 patients for the study, multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), shaded surface display (SSD), curved planar reconstruction (CPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) three-dimensional reconstruction, and compared with chest radiography. Results 51 cases of patients with chest trauma, rib fractures in 47 cases, 2 cases of costal cartilage fracture, MPR sensitivity (88.5%) and specificity (93.6%) the highest positive predictive value 96.5%, negative predictive value of 78.6%, to higher than CPR, VR, SSD, MIP, comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The multilayer spiral CT ribs and cartilage damage, may provide a more accurate and clear image information of a clear clinical diagnosis and treatment has a good guide.
