Application Value Analysis of Fourphrase Dynamic Scanning MSCT on Liver Metastases of Different Sources

PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of four-phrase dynamic scanning MSCT on liver metastases of different sources. Methods Form the checkout number of four-phrase MSCT to small liver metastases, MSCT image can or cannot show the features of metastatic cancer and sources of MSCT image to diagnose metastatic cancer, we study the application value and significance of four-phrase dynamic scanning MSCT on liver metastases of different. Results Four-phrase MSCT all can detect the liver metastases and its primary lesion, mainly were plain scan, arterial-phase scan and portal phase scan. Portal phase can detect and show more minute lesions. Compare the portal phase scan, plain scan and arterial-phase scan, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Four-phrase MSCT all can accurately show the features of liver metastases and portal phase enhanced image can detect the sources of metastatic tumor. Conclusion Fourphrase dynamic scanning MSCT can clearly show liver metastases of different sources, it reflects the relationship between focos characteristic, location and adjacent organs and is benefit for clinical diagnosis.
