目的 探究围术期护理在手助腹腔镜下肝部分切除术患者中的应用价值及对并发症的影响。方法 选择2017年1 月-2018年2月来我院行手助腹腔镜下肝部分切除术的患者84例作为研究对象，采用分组随机的方式，分为两组，对 照组给予常规护理，观察组实施围术期护理，比对两组患者术后并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果 两组数据 存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 将围术期护理应用在手助腹腔镜下肝部分切除术患者护理过程中，能够有效避免 术后并发症状。

Objective To explore the application value of perioperative nursing in patients undergoing hand-assisted laparoscopic partial hepatectomy and its effects on complications. Methods 86 patients who underwent hand-assisted laparoscopic partial hepatectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected for the study and were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given perioperative nursing. The occurrence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in the data between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing can effectively avoid postoperative complications in the nursing process of hand-assisted laparoscopic partial hepatectomy.
