目的 探讨天麻素注射治疗系统性眩晕(SV)疗效及对椎-基底动脉血流动力学的影响。方法 选取我院于2017年3 月-2018年3月期间收诊100例SV患者，按随机数表法分为两组。对照组采用盐酸倍他司汀注射液，观察组在对照组 基础上加上天麻素注射治疗，两组均持续用药2周。记录两组患者治疗效果，检测两组患者治疗前后血流动力学指 标情况。结果 观察组患者总有效率(90.0%)高于对照组(72.0%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；与治疗前相比，两 组患者治疗后左椎动脉、右椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度均提高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组与对照组比 较，左椎动脉、右椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度提高更多，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 天麻素注射治疗治疗 SV患者的效果显著，可有效改善患者的椎-基底动脉血流动力学状况。

Objective To investigate curative effect of gastrodin injection on systemic vertigo (SV) and its influence on vertebrobasilar hemodynamics. Methods 100 patients with SV who were admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride injection, while the observation group was additionally treated with gastrodin injection on the basis of the control group. The medication in both groups lasted for 2 weeks. The curative effects of the two groups were recorded. The hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were measured before and after treatment. Results The total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (90.0% vs 72.0%) (P<0.05). The blood flow velocity left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery and the basilar artery and the basilar artery in both groups were increased after treatment (P<0.05). The increase of the above indexes in the observation group was more than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of gastrodin injection is obvious on SV patients, which can significantly improve their vertebrobasilar hemodynamics.
