目的 探究布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合盐酸氮卓斯汀片治疗变异性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年6月到2015年 12月间收治的变应性鼻炎患者100例，采用随机数字法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)，对照组患者给予盐酸氮 卓斯汀片进行治疗，观察组在此基础上联合用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗，治疗一个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗有效 率，同时比较治疗前后两组患者的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等症状评分。结果 观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于 对照组(P＜0.05)，同时观察组患者治疗后喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等症状评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合盐酸氮卓斯汀片治疗变应性鼻炎的具有明显疗效，能有效提高临床治疗变应性鼻炎的有效 率，改善各种变应性鼻炎的临床症状，是一种安全高效的治疗方案，值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of allergic rhinitis with Budesonide Nasal Spray Azelastine Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were divided into observation group randomly (50 cases) and control group (50 cases),the control group were treated with Azelastine Hydrochloride Tablets for treatment, observation combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray group based on the treatment, after a course of treatment, compare two groups of patients with treatment efficiency, and compare the treatment of the two groups of patients before and after sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, nasal itching and other symptoms score. Results To observe the treatment group the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and to observe the patients in the treatment group after sneezing, runny nose,nasal congestion, nasal itching and other symptoms score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Budesonide nasal spray hydrochloride combined with nitrogen Azelastine for treatment of allergic rhinitis has obvious curative effect, can effectively improve the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis efficiency, improve the clinical symptoms of all kinds of allergic rhinitis is a safe and efficient treatment. It is worth in clinical application.
