目的 研究分析在治疗中央性前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管的临床效果。方法 选取2014年12 月-2016年1月收治的中央性前置胎盘剖宫产术产妇45例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组使用缩宫素、欣母沛等 药物，缝扎活动性出血点，观察组在此基础上使用Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管进行止血，观察两组临床效果。结果 观 察组手术时间、住院时间及术后出血量、术后白细胞计数均明显少于对照组，输血率、产褥感染率及子宫切除率均 明显低于对照组，P＜0.05，以上差异均有统计学意义。结论 中央性前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用Bakri子宫填塞球囊 导管，能够有效缩短手术时间及住院时间，抑制术后炎症，减少术后出血及输血、产褥感染与子宫切除，促进产妇 快速康复，具有良好的应用效果与临床价值。
