目的 探讨MSCT对颅眶沟通性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 对12例颅眶沟通性肿瘤的MSCT影像资料进行回顾分析。结果 MSCT能够清楚显示肿瘤形态、大小及邻近组织累及范围。结论 运用MSCT后处理技术诊断颅眶沟通性肿瘤，对肿瘤 术前诊断、术后随访都具有重要临床意义。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MSCT for cranio-orbital neoplasms. Methods: 12 cases of cranioorbital neoplasms MSCT imaging data were analyzed retrospectively. Results MSCT can be clearly demonstrated that neoplasms morphology, size and scope of adjacent tissue involvement. Conclusions: It has important clinical significance for preoperative diagnosis and postoperative follow-up of cranio-orbital neoplasms by using postprocessing techniques of MSCT.
