目 的 探讨多b值DWI在前列 腺癌MR诊断中的应用效果。 方法 选 取经我院超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检 病例证实的30例患者为研究对象，分 为前列腺癌组和非癌组，每组15例患 者，采取1.5 T MR扫描仪对多b值DWI 序列进行扫描，根据b值组合分为组 A、组B、组C分别为(0,200,400,600s/ m m 2 )，(0,400,600,800s/mm 2 ) ， (0,400,600,800,1000s/mm2 )，比较 癌区与非癌区纯扩散值D、灌注分数f 的差异。结果 组A、组B、组C癌区与 非癌区D值分别为(0.94±0.12)×10- 3 m m 2 /s和(2.04±0.19)×10 - 3 m m 2 /s,(0.76±0.07)×10 - 3 m m 2 / s和(1.83±0.18)×10 - 3 m m 2 /s； (0.78±0.04)×10 - 3 m m 2 /s和 (1.81±0.23)×10-3mm2 /s。组A、组B、组 C癌区与非癌区f值分别为(26.1±7.1)% 和(9.1±2.8)%；(15.2±2.6)%和 (3.6±1.4)%；(15.9±5.1)%和 (3.3±0.6)%。在组A、组B、组C中，癌区 与非癌区的D值与f值比较差异均具有统计 学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 在前列腺MR诊断 中，b值优化组合能够有效提取前列腺扩 散和灌注信息。
