1. Register website member and obtain login name and password by email;

2. Apply to be the author of a magazine. If you want to contribute to a magazine, you should apply to be the author of that magazine.

3, enter the system, click the left menu bar [journal management system], after clicking the system will list all the functions of the journal system author, click [author submission], step by step down the operation, finally click [submission], to complete the submission operation.
