Operation Cooperation and Nursing of Endoscopic Biliary Stent Implantation

bjective To explore the nursing cooperation in the clinical application of endoscopic biliary stent placement. Methods 50 cases of our hospital from July 2010 to December were treated by endoscopic biliary stent implantation, postoperative care and intraoperative cooperation. Results The location and length of bile duct stricture were determined by ERCP, and the selection of the selected cases was good. Plastic stent group, 40 cases, metal stent group, 10 cases. After surgery, patients with jaundice decreased significantly, the symptoms improved, and the bile duct patency period was 4-25 months. Conclusion Preoperative strengthen communication with patients and their families, so that patients actively cooperate with the treatment; operative doctor nurse cooperation to ensure successful stent implantation; careful postoperative nursing care is endoscopic biliary stenting is effective in the treatment of biliary tract disease is an important guarantee.
