Objective Analyze the clinical symptoms and etiology of Proteus Syndrome, which is conducive to the clinical diagnosis of this disease. Methods Physical examination, X-ray examination, literature review. Results Left leg is a little shorter than right leg and there are some irregular red brown plaque covering the skin of left leg, left foot and hip. X-ray displaying: Left femur is shorter than right one; Metatarsal bones and Phalanges of left foot increase thickly and connect in parallel with none-bones. Conclusion The clinical symptoms and the analyses of the etiology of Proteus Syndrome have important value for the early clinical diagnosis.
