Objective To discuss effect and significance of gestational trophablastic neoplasia patients applied case management model, for the effective use of health care resources, promote the development of specialized nursing. Methods Retrospective selection 41 patients in the control group received routine care from November 2012 to October 2013, and the 43 patients in the experimental group received case management model despite routine care from November 2013 to October 2014, Compare two groups of patients to nursing satisfaction, adherence, the difference of the hospitalization days and expenses.On the other hand to compare the job satisfaction between Case administrators and nurses in same ward. Results Two groups of patients' satisfaction, dherence, hospitalization days and expenses had statistical significance(P<0.05),the job satisfaction of Case administrators were higher than nurses(P<0.05). Conclusion The case management model can effectively improved patients satisfaction and treatment compliance, reduced the hospitalization days and costs, achieved good practical effect, which fully reflected the whole, individual and professional nursing connotation. The model improved the job satisfaction of case management administrators.
