Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi - slice spiral CT combined with tumor-associated antigen in pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer. Methods Choose tuberculosis with lung cancer and secondary tuberculosis patients in our hospital in January 2013 to December 2016 hospitalized each 50 cases as the research object, its data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer is more sensitive, but the specificity is low. The tumorassociated antigen diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer is less sensitive, specificity is higher. The combination of the two can improve the diagnostic sensitivity of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT combined with tumor-associated antigen can diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer, effectively avoid misdiagnosis, help improve patient survival.
