The Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT and Its Reconstruction Techniques in the Diagnosis of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT and its reconstruction techniques in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2014 to 2017, confirmed by surgery and pathology of 20 cases of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor, use 3 d reconstruction technology to summarize the CT imaging characteristics, combined with the literature, further improve the multilayer spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor accuracy. Results 20 cases were found in 20 patients, including 18 cases of stomach, 1 case of small intestine and 1 case of mesenteric mesentery. 2 cases of high risk, 2 cases of moderate risk, 7 cases of low risk, 9 cases of extremely low risk. Conclusion The combination of multislice CT and its reconstruction techniques in diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor has a high application value, for the preoperative diagnosis, risk classification, and provide the accurate judgment basis for the establishment of operation method.
