Abstract

Objective To study the value of MR dynamic contrast-enhanced and subtraction imaging study in the identification of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of breast disease patients who were treated in City hospitals Imaging Center from January 2007 to June 2014 were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 172 cases 182 pathologically confirmed lesions, 100 cases 102 lesions were malignant, 6 cases 6 severe dysplasia lesions were invasive cancer, 66 cases 74 lesions were benign; the proportion of malignant breast lesions with unidirectional , platform type were significantly lower(P<0.05), the outflow proportional was significantly higher than the benign group (P<0.05), the ratio of the number of tumor vessels 0 was significantly lower (P<0.05), the proportion of 1, multivessel disease were significantly higher than benign group(P<0.05), the differences of signs and indirect signs between benign and malignant breast morphology were significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions The value of MR dynamic contrast-enhanced and subtraction imaging is high in the identification of benign and malignant breast lesions.
