Abstract

Objective Evaluation and analysis on the Clinical Value of Spiral CT Angiography in the diagnosis of central type lung cancer mediastinum and lung blood vessel tumor invasion. Methods 78 cases with central type lung cancer underwent enhanced spiral CT. The diagnostic, pathological and surgical results were compared and analyzed. Results The image sensitivity of CT angiography and axial images was 97.44% (76/78), 83.33% (65/78) (X2 =7.88, P<0.05); the specificity was 92.31% (72/78), 89.74% (70/78) (X2 =0.11, P>0.05); the accuracy was 94.87% (74/78), 87.18% (68/78) (X2 =5.53, P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of central type lung cancer mediastinum and lung blood vessel tumor invasion by mult-slice spiral CT angiography has high sensitivity and accuracy and specificity. The clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the preoperative diagnosis of central type lung cancer can provide important basis for the selection of clinical operation scheme.
