A Correlative Study between CT Features and the Expression of Ki67 and MVD,P73 in Clear Renal Cell Carcinoma*

Abstract

Objective To study the correlation between CT features and the expression of Ki67 and MVD, P73 in clear renal cell carcinoma (CCCRCC). So as to evaluate CT features of CCRCC and its biological behaviour. Methods To analyse the CT features of 30 cases with CCRCC which were confirmed by operation and pathology . The expression of MVD, Ki67, P73 of the collected organic material were confirmed by Immunohistochemical staining.then analized the relationship between CT features and the expression of MVD and Ki67, P73. Results 1,The expression of Ki67, MVD, P73 and MVD of CCRCC are positively related to the tumor boundary, the largest enhanced degree, the biggest tumors size (P<0.05). The positive expression of Ki67 and MVD are related to hemorrhage of the tumors (P<0.05), but has nothing to do with the expression of P73 (P>0.05).There is no statistical difference between calcification and the expression of Ki67, MVD, P73 (P>0.05). Conclusion 1, An accurate preoperative diagnosis of CCRCC can be made by MSCT scanning. 2, Some of CT features of CCRCC have correlation with the expression of Ki67, MVD and P73, it illustrate that CT manifestation of CCRCC may reflect the biological characteristic of the tumors partly.
