Abstract

Objective To evaluate the value of postoperative vascular patency Helical reexamination after coronary stent implantation using spiral CT. Methods 70 cases patients who were back to the hospital to review after coronary stent implantation from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. All the patients underwent spiral CT and coronary angiography, and the imaging data of the patients were collected and compared with the results of coronary angiography so as to analyze the accuracy and application value of spiral CT postoperative reconstruction technique in the reexamination of patency after coronary stent implantation. Results A total of 114 stents were implanted in 70 patients. The results of post-ct reconstruction showed that 102 free stents, 4 mild stenosis, 8 moderate stenosis,The results of coronary angiography showed 108 unobstructed stents, 2 mild stenosis, 4 moderate stenosis. There was no significant difference between Postct reconstruction technology and coronary angiography in assessing patency after coronary stenting(χ2=2.171,P=0.338). The image quality of the post-ct reconstruction technique after anterior descending branch, left main branch, left rotating branch and right coronary artery stent was compared, and the difference had no statistical significance (χ2=8.528, P=0.482). Conclusion Spiral CT postoperative reconstruction technique can directly and clearly show the vascular patency after coronary stent implantation, with high imaging quality and diagnostic accuracy, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
