The anorectal dynamics test result of them was statistically analyzed. Results In the above of 27 cases ,4 cases of abnormal RAIR, 14 cases of abnormal RACR, 19 cases of abnormal anal resting pressure, 4 cases of abnormal maximum squeeze pressure, 1 case of abnormal duration of sustained squeeze, 24 cases of abnormal rectal sensitivity and 25 cases of abnormal rectal maximal tolerable volume. Conclusion The anorectal function is impaired after radical hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy of cervical cancer which impacts the living quality of patients.
