Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods 104 cases with ovarian cyst from January 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given laparotomy operation, the observation group was given laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Treatment effect of ovarian cyst, operative hemorrhage, operation time, postoperative recovery indexes, physical health level, mental health level, vigor level before and after intervention, one year recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The difference of ovarian cyst treatment effect between the two groups had no statistic significance, P>0.05, operative hemorrhage, operation time, postoperative recovery indexes of the observation group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05, before intervention, physical health level, mental health level, vigor level of the two groups were similar, P>0.05, after intervention, physical health level, mental health level, vigor level of the observation group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. One year recurrence rate of the observation group was better than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has accurate treatment effect on ovarian cyst, intraoperative and postoperative indexes are better, rehabilitation is quicker, it can also improve post-operation life quality level and is worthy of promotion.
