Observed on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Thyroidectomy and Small Incision Thyroidectomy in Thyroid Nodules

PDFAbstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional thyroidectomy and small incision thyroidectomy in thyroid nodules. Methods 60 patients with thyroid nodule treatment were enrolled in our hospital from May to October 2017. The two groups were divided into control group and treatment group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional thyroidectomy. The patients in the treatment group were used of small incision thyroidectomy treatment,observed the small incision thyroidectomy treatment of thyroid nodules. Results After treatment, the levels of bleeding, hospitalization and operation time in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of dysphagia, neck discomfort and incisional adhesions in the control group were significantly higher than those in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thyroid nodules have better curative effect under the treatment of small incision thyroidectomy, shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, restore faster and improve the quality of life of patients.
