目的 观察胃肠间质瘤CT表现， 并分析其征象与肿瘤恶性程度之间关系。 方法 选择本院于2011年1月-2014年10月 收治的胃肠间质瘤患者60例作为研究对 象，均经术后病理检查及免疫组织化学证 实，术前均经CT检查，分析CT征象，并探 讨CT征象如肿瘤大小、形态及生长方式等 与肿瘤恶性程度之间关系。结果 60例患 者中，胃部间质瘤31例，小肠19例，直肠 7例，腹腔肠系膜3例。60例患者中极低恶 性22例，低度恶性17例，中度恶性16例， 高度恶性5例。肿瘤大小、形态、轮廓、 生长方式及坏死情况与胃肠间质瘤恶性程 度具有密切关联，均P<0.05。结论 胃肠 间质瘤CT表现具有一定特点，CT下肿瘤大 小、形态、轮廓、生长方式及坏死情况与 胃肠间质瘤恶性程度具有密切关联，具有 重要临床诊断价值。

Objective To observe CT expression for gastrointestinal stromal tumor, and analysis the relationship between features and tumor malignant degree. Methods 60 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor treated in the hospital in 2014 January -2014 year in October were selected as the research objects,all were confirmed by postoperative pathological examination and immunohistochemistry confirmed and all patients adopted preoperative CT examination.Then analysis of CT features and discusses the relationship between the CT features such as tumor size, morphology and growth mode between malignant tumor the degree of. Results In the 60 patients, 31 cases was gastric stromal tumor and 19 cases in small intestine, rectum in 7 cases, 3 cases of abdominal mesenteric. In 60 cases there were very low malignant in 22 cases, low grade malignant in 17 cases, moderate in malignant in 16 cases, 5 cases of high grade. The tumor size, shape, contour, growth patterns and necrosis had closed relation with gastrointestinal stromal tumor malignant degree, P<0.05. Conclusion The CT expression for gastrointestinal stromal tumor has certain characteristics, The tumor size, shape, contour, growth patterns and necrosis had closed relation with gastrointestinal stromal tumor malignant degree, so it has important clinical value in the diagnosis .
