目的探讨多层螺旋CT对肾集合 管癌的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析5例经 手术病理证实的肾集合管癌的多层螺旋CT 表现并文献复习。结果 5例肾集合管癌均 为单侧病变，多层螺旋CT平扫均表现为肾 脏轮廓基本正常，肾实质内大范围低密度 病变，边界不清，密度不均匀，其中2例 囊实性改变，增强扫描实性部分有轻中度 延迟强化。结论 肾集合管癌的多层螺旋 CT表现较具特征性，有利于术前正确诊 断，从而指导临床治疗方案的制订，减少 不必要的治疗误区。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic performance of multislice spiral CT in renal collecting duct carcinoma(CDC). Methods The multi-slice spiral CT findings in 5 patients with pathologically-proved CDC were retrospectively analyzed, and the literature was reviewed. Results All of 5 cases were unilateral diffuse and ill-defined lesion, and the renal contour were basically normal. Two tumors were cystic-solid change, and the solid lesion showed mild delayed enhancement on contrast-enhanced CT. Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT findings of renal collecting duct carcinoma may benefit the definite diagnosis before operation and guide the scheme of clinical surgery which may help reduce unnecessary treatment.
