The Diagnosis Value of Preoperative Staging of CT Scan in Combination with Enhanced Scan in Multiple Uterine Fibroids

PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate the application value of multiple uterine fibroids preoperative staging of CT scan combined with enhanced scan. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases with multiple uterine fibroids from January 2014 to December 2015 confirmed by surgery pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Comparing with operation confirmed and pathological diagnosis, multiple uterine fibroids CT scan alone and CT scan in combination with enhanced scan was observed. Results CT scan in combination with enhanced scanning diagnosis coincidence rate was 82.2%, significantly higher than that of CT scan in the diagnosis of coincidence rate of 61.1%, and the difference has significant statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion CT scan in combination with enhanced scanning of multiple uterine fibroids preoperative staging diagnosis coincidence rate is higher, has important clinical significance, and can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment, is worthy of popularization and application.
