Preoperative Assessment of the Value of Magnetic Resonance Dynamic Enhanced VIEWS and Diffusion Weighted Imaging DWI in Breast Cance Breast-conserving

Abstract

Objective Discuss preoperative assessment of the value of magnetic resonance dynamic enhanced VIEWS and diffusion weighted imaging DWI in breast cance breastconserving. Methods Retrospective analyze the data confirmed by pathology of 135 cases with breast cancer disease who diagnosis by MRI dynamic enhancement VIEWS and diffusion weighted imaging DWI, 135 cases were performed dynamic enhanced and DWI imaging, drawing time one signal intensity curve, calculate the rate of early enhancement and peak enhancement ratio, measurement of lesion ADC values, accurate measurement of tumor resection / breast ratio. Results Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI scans for breast tumor diameter ≤ 3cm; resection of the tumor volume / volume ratio of breast ≤ 20%; single lesion or lesions confined to the same quadrant; axillary lymph node enlargement or only isolated, activity, lymph nodes ≤ 2cm in diameter do breast-conserving surgery. Conclusion Magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement VIEWS and diffusion weighted imaging DWI in diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer can have some obvious advantages, in multicenter breast cancer shows and judgment of breast duct disease have certain curative effect, and in patients with surgery to remove part of the aspect all have high clinical application value.
