Clinical Application of Complex Anal Fistula MRI Scanning Technique

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of LAVA dynamic enhancement in the diagnosis of rectal cancer MRI. Methods Thirty patients with suspected rectal cancer were scanned with cross-section, oblique coronal plane, small sagittal plane FOV thin layer, diffuse ADC value and LAVA dynamic enhancement. The MRI imaging findings and surgical pathology were analyzed. Results Among 30 patients with rectal cancer, 20 patients with upper rectal cancer had T1WI, T2WI and STIR with equal and high signal changes, DWI dispersion was significantly restricted, LAVA dynamic enhancement lesions were unevenly enhanced; 10 cases of lower rectal cancer were flat T1WI, T2WI showed a medium-high signal change, DWI diffusion was limited, and LAVA dynamic enhancement lesions were unevenly enhanced. In some cases, multiple enlarged lymph nodes were seen in the pelvic cavity. Conclusion LAVA dynamic enhancement has important application value in the clinical diagnosis of rectal cancer MRI.
