PDFAbstract
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound and multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis and differentiation of ovarian tumors. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with suspected ovarian tumors between January 2017 and December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and all patients were given ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT. The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard, and the diagnostic application values of respective imaging test and combined test were compared in diagnosing benign and malignant ovarian tumors, and the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, negative predictive value and positive predictive value were calculated. Results There was no significant difference in the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and positive negative predictive value of ultrasound and CT in diagnosing ovarian tumors (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and positive negative predictive
value by combined test were higher than those by single ultrasound or single CT (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT have their own advantages in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors, and combined detection can further improve the diagnostic accuracy of ovarian tumors.
