PDFAbstract
Objective To observe the application of MRI and MRCP in the diagnosis of obstructive jaundice, and to compare and analyze the diagnostic results of the two examination methods. Methods A total of 90 patients of obstructive jaundice received in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were selected for clinical study. MRI and MRCP examinations were performed on 90 patients, and the positive, negative and sensitive conditions between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no statistical significance between the two groups in false negative, false positive and true negative(P>0.05). The two groups were more significant in the diagnosis of obstructive jaundice(P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of obstructive jaundice were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion MRI and MRCP are common diagnostic methods of obstructive jaundice and can diagnose the positive and negative conditions to some extent. However, the examination method of MRCP is more effective in obstructive jaundice, which is significantly higher than MRI diagnosis in terms of true positive rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, etc. It can prove that MRCP examination method has higher value in diagnosing disease.
