PDFAbstract
Objective To explore and analyze the significance of combined detection of multimodality magnetic resonance imaging and CD151 and SNAT1 in the diagnosis of gliomas. Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 patients with high grade glioma in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 was used as a high grade glioma group, and 64 patients with low grade brain glioma were selected as the low grade glioma group, and 60 cases of brain glioma without brain glioma were selected in our hospital. It was used as a control group. All patients were examined by multi modality magnetic resonance imaging and the positive rates of CD151 and SNAT1 were measured. The diagnostic effects of different diagnostic methods in high-grade gliomas were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of CD151 and SNAT1 in the high grade glioma group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the low grade glioma group (p<0.05).CD151+ magnetic resonance, SNAT1+ magnetic resonance, and CD151+SNAT1+ MRI were used to diagnose the ROC curve of high grade gliomas, such as Figure 1. The area under the parallel joint detection of ROC curves was 0.716, 0.785 and 0.918 respectively. The area under the series joint detection ROC curves was the area of the joint detection.0.784, 0.748, and 0.903, the area under the ROC curve diagnosed by CD151+SNAT1+MRI was significantly higher than that of CD151+ MRI and SNAT1+ MRI (P<0.05),which had statistical significance. Conclusion Combined detection of multimodality magnetic resonance and CD151 and SNAT1 can effectively improve the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis of gliomas, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
