Abstract

Objective To analyze the typical image features of CT non-enhanced scan and triple-phase contrast-enhanced scans of glioma, and to explore the display quality of CT plain scan and phase iii enhanced scan images for glioma. Methods 76 cases of patients with glioma confirmed by operation and pathology in our hospital from May 2016 to

June 2018 were selected. All the patients underwent CT non-enhanced scan and triplephase contrast-enhanced scans to collect the clinical and imaging data of the patients, and to analyze the tumor size, distribution, and relationship with surrounding tissues of the glioma patients. Results 4 cases presented high density, 16 cases low density, 9 cases moderate density, 6 cases mixed density and 3 cases equal density on CT non-enhanced scan, among which 45 cases presented with calcification and 3 with hemorrhage. The tumor boundary is more fuzzy, the shape is more irregular, the tumor appears obvious space phenomenon, and the surrounding edema area is obvious. In triple-phase contrastenhanced scans, the tumors were all enhanced to different degrees, and the enhanced edema area showed mild or severe multi-ring enhancement after the enhanced scan, and some of the enhanced mural nodules appeared. Conclusion CT non-enhanced scan and triple-phase contrast-enhanced scans have a good display of brain mesenchymal tumors, with typical imaging features of brain glioma, and a clear display of tumor shape, size and

invasion of periodic tissue, which can accurately locate and characterize glioma.
